GOD STRONG AND HELPFUL

eloved, during a strong violent thunder storm, when all is dark and threatening, if you could rise a few feet above the worst cloud you would see that the sun is always shining brightly up there. In like manner when the worst trials of your life face you--- a sad, hurtful divorce, the betrayal of your love by someone, financial disaster, the death of a dearly loved one, no matter what the difficulty, remember this, above it all and holding you in the palm of His hand is your Heavenly Father. Your Father is not threatened by the worst thing that can happen to you. He is here and ready to place His powerful loving hand upon you and lift you above the clouds of your worst trials and place you once again in the sunshine of His love. How about that? Much of your victory is dependent on your attitude and confession of Him. His word promises you solidly, "God is a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1b) What does this mean to you? It tells you that God is watching you in the storms and hard times of your life, and is already ahead of any trouble or impossible difficulty that comes your way. He has a "divine plan" to rescue you and teach you how to come through your storm, and arrive safely on the other side of the problem. Do you like this promise from the Bible? Why don't you change your confession? The next time that you are up against an impossible problem and cannot see your way through, why don't you keep the following prayer and confession handy: "Father, this trouble is too great for me. If you will come to me now and deliver me from this hand of death and destruction, I will know once again that you are my Healer, Deliverer, Blessing One, and my Freedom. I will know and confess that you indeed love me, strengthen me and you will guide me safely through this hurtful situation until I am safe once again under the Shelter of your holy protective hand! Thank you, Father, I can depend on you and lean heavily on your strong hand of deliverance!

Lord Jesus, I am so glad that I opened my heart and received you as my Savior and Lord! That was the greatest day of my life. I know that it is impossible for you to forsake me. I know that you cannot forget me, but you have sent your holy angels to form a protective barrier around me to deliver me out of the worst storms of my life! Thank you in the name of Jesus, amen!
