RISE UP IN THE STRENGTH OF THE LORD

January 15

B
eloved, have you ever been so destroyed that you thought you could never recover? I am touched by your hurt and pain. However, remember the fact that your Father is the great Restorer of the broken hearted. Remember that the word says that “The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart and saves such as have a contrite spirit. (Psalm 34:18 NKJV) This is a wonderful and true promise from your Father. Why don’t you repeat this several times! “Father, you are close to me in my broken heartedness, you set me free where I am crushed in my spirit!” Child, repeat this several times over again. This will help the thoughts and promises of this scripture to work its way deep down into the inner core of your spirit. In there, it will spread the healing oil of the Holy Spirit and encourage you with His holy presence inside. This is a good exercise for you. Do it over again. Pray the same prayers until you sense the victory that you inherit as a child of the King! It is happening for you. Child your confession is very important to you in the deliverance and freedom that you need. It is unnecessary for you to expect to spend the rest of your life believing that you are an emotional cripple in some area, especially when so much healing is available to you for the asking. Remember too, that the Father has reserved people in your life and surroundings who know how to intercede for you and lift you up in prayer and love to the heights of peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Don’t lie down, get up and praise your Father because “your redemption draws near.” (Luke 21:28 NKJV) Now, what about your friends and others that you know that suffer as you do? What will you do for them? You say, “How can I help them when I need so much help myself?” Good question! Remember my word, “It is more blessed to give than to receive?” (Acts 20:35) How does this apply to you? Well, don’t wait till you have attained perfection before you offer the promises and prayers in the Holy Spirit for others. Remember my servant Job? Amid his worst hour, he turned his attention off himself and prayed for his friends. What happened to him while he, in his own misery, began to pray for others? Beloved in the act of giving to others, the unseen hand of the Holy God reached down and healed him! Go thou and do likewise! Get your mind off your own misery and forget about yourself and go and do strong things in love for other people. You will be rewarded greatly for this by your Heavenly Father since this is a true act of faith.

Prayer

Father, at this rate you are going to make a strong, faith filled Christian out of me! Good, come on and do it Lord. I am tired of sitting on the sidelines and waiting for someone else to do the work of the Kingdom. Here I am, Father, send me! In the name of Jesus, amen!
