hild of the King, what authority do you possess as a Child of the King? Doesn't that make you a Prince in the palace of your Father the King? Yes, it does! If you will cleanse your heart before the King (Jesus), and if you will "walk in the light"(I John 1:7) and serve Him with love and adoration, the devils of hell are notified of this blessed service that you give to the Master. They are warned that you are covered with the "sprinkled" blood of the Lord Jesus. They know within themselves that you are dangerous to them. They tremble when they think of you coming their way with the sword of the word of God in your heart and mouth and the blood of Jesus as your banner. They recognize you as a "royal priesthood" (I Peter 2:9) and as "more than conqueror" (Romans 8:37) in the scope of your victorious living in the presence of your Father in Heaven. You are a real danger able to do much damage to the Kingdom of Darkness where the Evil One lives and operates his sick, evil schemes. The real problem with all of this is that most of the children of the King do not realize the scope and extent of their blessings and authority through the name of their Lord Jesus. Many Christians are so busy struggling with fleshly sins and many are so bogged down in the cares of this world that they mostly ignore the excitement and true victorious joy that awaits them if they will walk strongly after their Father in Heaven. What about you, Child of God? Where do you fit in to this matter? Are you rising in the morning with a song of praise, worship and joy? Have you "put to death" (Colossians 3:5) the deeds of the flesh? Are you serious about your walk with God? Now is the time to change some things in a permanent way! Rise up and serve Him with all your hearts!

Father, the time is short! I do not have the time to waste on the lesser things of this world. Help me to bow before you and allow your Holy Spirit to crucify in me the things that hold me back. I offer myself to you today in full surrender, Lord Jesus! Help me to get serious and move forward in a powerful and permanent way in Jesus' name, amen!
