BE PURE AND STRONG IN THE LORD

December 16

Y
oung and Tender Sons and Daughters: Beloved and Cherished of your Father, do you know that you are “fearfully and wonderfully made?” (Psalm 139:14) When I created you, I placed within you a passionate physical response which is only to be reserved for the person that I have chosen for you to marry. Your sexuality is my gift to you to assure that when you receive your gift from God in the person with whom you will share your life, you will be bonded strongly and lovingly for a lifetime. I want to warn you, if you share this sexuality with another before the time that I have set for you, it will bring upon you much sorrow and heartache. You will become unclean through the fleshly use of your sexuality and will look forward to becoming entrapped in sensuality and lust that will be nearly-impossible to escape. Only by the cleansing blood of the Lord Jesus, and a turning away from this involvement will you have any permanent freedom. In experimenting with sexual passion before the time of the Lord, you will open a door for the evil one to strongly affect your passions and lock you into a prison which will bring you great sorrow, poor self-image and a sense of despair that will wreck your life if it goes unchanged! Go and ask a trusted adult what they think of the importance of sexual purity in your youth. Most honest adults will say to you, “Honor your Heavenly Father, and hear the word when it says, “It is not good that a man should touch (sexually) a woman.” (I Corinthians 7:1) Child of God you may say, “I can handle my emotions! I know my limits.” Beloved you do not know your limits! I have made your sexuality to lie asleep until awakened by sexual touch and suggestion. It is a realm outside of what you know until the day of that awakening. You cannot handle these emotions. Only by the power of the Holy Spirit can you remain clean in this area. I say in the word, “Pray that you enter not into temptation.” (Matthew 26:41) So pray and commit your body to be the “temple of the Holy Spirit.” (I Corinthians 6:19) Your Father will hear that prayer and deliver you from the lustful situations of your daily life. Now, if you have already crossed that line, all in not lost! You must come to your Father with the help of others praying with you and strengthening you in your faith in Him. I tell you plainly in the word that “I will come to you and sprinkle you with clean water and you will be clean from all your uncleanness.” (Ezekiel 35:25-27) Also, the Lord Jesus says, “Ye are clean through the words which I have spoken unto you.” (John 15:3) Through prayer it is possible to remain clean from impure touching and relationships until the receiving of the gift of the Father of the person for you. You are greatly loved by your Father in Heaven!

Prayer

Father, I am so glad that I have chosen to live for you. I pray that you will send me that Fountain of Blood into which I may enter and be cleansed from all my sins of the flesh. I really need you to be there for me now! I repent of uncleanness and pray for your Holy Spirit to strengthen me in your healing, cleansing love. In Jesus’ precious name I pray, amen!
