eloved can you stop the wind from blowing? I don't think so. You can stand in the wind and enjoy the fresh air, breathing deeply and cleanly. Can you stop the Sun from shining? There is no human creation in existence that can stop the Sun from shining or put out its light. Can you create the blooms of a beautiful flower by taking nothing and making it come into existence? No, you can't! As surely as you cannot stop the wind or create a flower, no one on the earth, neither human, devil or angel can stop the progression of time and history. Your Father alone has the power to do all these things and so many more. He also has the power to cause time to move toward a conclusion. Your Heavenly Father will cause all things to come to an end for the life that you now know. The day will come when the Evil One and his evil spirits will be forcibly cast into the Lake of Fire which burns forever. The ungodly will also be judged before your Father in Heaven. Those who have chosen to receive and believe in the Lord Jesus will be assigned to eternal life forever to be in the presence of the Lord God. Satan can rage and threaten and attack quite often if he wishes, but he will not be allowed to take away from one of you the joy of the Lord. If you choose, you will be able to walk from this day forth forever in the holy presence of your Lord, singing, shouting and laughing with great hilarity, carefree even in the face of the enemy the Lord "prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies!" (Psalm 23:5) On the last day every human being, angel and devil alike will proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord. What do you think about that? Even the Evil One will have his eyes finally opened and will admit that his wicked work was worthless and came to nothing in the face of the great glory and Almighty Power of the Father in Heaven! Rejoice over these facts! You are safely hidden under the shadow of the cross of the Lord Jesus! You are indeed blessed, my child!

Prayer

Father, why do I forget that you have all power in the universe? There is none like you! Your love for me is without boundaries. Your blessings flow freely from your throne to us who love and serve you with our whole hearts. I give you praise and blessings with my tongue. I will without interruption give you thanksgiving, Most High God, through your precious Son, Jesus, amen!
