COMMENTARY

The Lord Jesus is known as “The Bright and Morning Star.” (Revelations 22:16 KJV)  The mystery of the falling star has intrigued people from the beginning of time.  He entered our earthly atmosphere as a bright light and has shined in the hearts of untold millions, transforming people, and shedding light continually on our paths.

He willingly spreads His wings to kill the evil night of sin and bondage to the evil one.  He comes to transform us from darkness into the light of the Savior.  When our lamps have failed their light, the Lord sends the fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit to revive us so that we have light for our lamps to continue following faithfully God’s holy plan for our lives.
