God has the intention of giving every Christian “One Good Day in the Lord.” The meaning of this statement is that God deals with us over a period of our life in such a way that His plan is for us to arrive at a day when the totality of our surrender and the sum total of our brokeness are expressed to their highest forms in our lives.
